Plans & pricing
Every Corte plan includes the full editor. The timeline, captions, color, effects, multicam, and in-browser H.264/H.265 export are never gated and never watermarked — including on Free. Any purchase — a single top-up or a plan — unlocks the full model catalog (Pro models included); upgrading to a plan buys a monthly credit budget, a better credit rate, and more storage.

A few things worth spelling out:
- Free is a real editor, not a trial. You can cut, caption, grade, and export forever without paying. Credits only matter when you use AI — generation, the editing agent, and transcription.
- The 50 signup credits behave like purchased credits — they don't expire at the end of the month. See How credits work.
- Pro models are marked with a "Pro" badge in the model picker and in Settings → Models. Every plan runs them, and so does a Free account once it has made a top-up; before that they're visible but not runnable — see Choosing a model.
- Pro and Business carry a better rate — 3,500 credits for $30 (≈117 per dollar) and 10,000 for $80 (125 per dollar), versus 100 per dollar on Standard and top-ups.
- Yearly plans save 20% — $8, $24 or $64 a month, charged once a year as $96, $288 or $768. Your credit budget still arrives monthly — an annual Standard is 1,000 credits every month, not 12,000 up front — and each month's unused budget expires as it would on a monthly plan. You pick monthly or yearly when you upgrade, and can switch from Manage subscription.
- Storage counts your uploads and generations together. It's a hard quota, not a meter — at the limit you delete files or upgrade; it never costs credits. Details in Storage.
Upgrading
- Open Settings → Usage.
- Choose monthly or yearly, pick Standard, Pro, or Business, and complete the Stripe checkout.
- Your monthly credit budget is available immediately, and your billing period starts today.
