Cut templates

The Cut tab (app.corte.so/cut) is where cuts live. A segmented control splits it into two views.

My cuts​

A grid of your cuts with thumbnails, plus a New cut card to start from scratch. Right-click a cut (or open its ⋯ menu) for:

  • Open
  • Remove from Recents
  • Delete cut

Pending project invites appear here too — accept or decline without leaving the page.

Templates​

Designed starting points, grouped by category:

  • Brand films
  • Openers & stings
  • Titles & social
  • Slideshows & promos
  • Formats — preset dimensions and frame rates for common platforms

Each card shows its dimensions and fps. Click to preview — animated templates play in the preview modal — then Use template to get your own editable copy. Swap the placeholder media for yours and the design work is already done.

Getting more templates​

Templates come from plugins. A set ships with Corte, and installing a plugin that provides templates adds its designs to this screen — no separate gallery to browse, and nothing to import by hand.

Browse and install from Marketplace, reachable from your avatar menu in the left rail or from Settings → Plugins. Anything you install shows up under Templates the next time you open the Cut tab.
