Connect Shopify, Squarespace & Dropbox

Corte can pull media straight from the places it already lives. Connect a source once in Settings → Integrations, and it appears as an extra source in every media picker — importing into a cut, referencing images in Studio prompts, feeding an Application, or filling a workflow input node.

A connection is made into the project you're in. Everyone working in that project can use it from then on; switch projects and you'll see that project's own connections instead.

Settings → Integrations — each source is a tile with step-by-step instructions and a Connect button.

Each tile expands with exact instructions and a link to the provider's own documentation. Credentials are stored server-side — they never live in your browser.

Shopify​

The fastest path is OAuth:

  1. In Settings → Integrations, expand Shopify and enter your store domain (like my-store.myshopify.com).
  2. Click Connect — a Shopify approval popup opens.
  3. Approve the access request. The popup closes and the tile shows Connected with your shop name.

Prefer a token? Create a custom app in your Shopify admin and paste its Admin API access token (shpat_…) instead — the tile links Shopify's guide for creating one.

Once connected, your product photos and videos appear under a Shopify tab in the media picker. Perfect fuel for Applications like Product Reshoot and Product Video.

Squarespace​

  1. In your Squarespace settings, create a Developer API key with the Products scope (the tile links Squarespace's API-keys guide).
  2. Expand Squarespace in Settings → Integrations and paste the key.
  3. Click Connect — Corte verifies the key and shows your account name.

Your site's product media then shows up as a Squarespace source in every picker.

Dropbox​

  1. Create an app in the Dropbox App Console (the tile links it) and generate an access token.
  2. Expand Dropbox in Settings → Integrations and paste the token.
  3. Click Connect.

Browse your folders from the Dropbox tab of any picker.

How imports work​

Picking a file from an integration imports a copy into your Corte storage — the original stays where it is, and your cut keeps working even if the file later moves or the connection is removed. Imported files count toward your storage like any other upload.

Working with a team​

In a shared project, a connection you make is the project's: every member can pull from it and any agent or Build app in the project can act through it. The tile says who it's for — Everyone in this project, or Shared by a teammate when someone else connected it.

Want a source that's yours alone? Turn on Just me before you connect. Teammates in the project never see it, and the project's tools keep using whatever shared connection exists for that provider.

Disconnecting​

Back in Settings → Integrations, a connected tile offers Disconnect to the person who connected it and to the project's owner. That deletes the stored credentials immediately. Media anyone already imported stays in the library.
